ASP Hosting with Secure Sockets Layer
Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) and Transport Layer Security (TLS), the successor to SSL, are both cryptographic protocols which provide a means to communicate securely over the Internet. Although there are slight differences between SSL 3.0 and TLS 1.0, the protocol remains substantially the same. The term "SSL" as used in the following SSL information pages applies to both protocols unless clarified by the individual contexts.
Hosts Station.Com can provide your asp hosting account with a Secure 128-bit SSL Certificate as an option. This includes a unique IP address, a GeoTrust SSL Certificate and complete installation.
If you purchase one of our SSL Certificates, the costs for the first year is $99.00 for the installation and the certificate itself. Each year after there is a $49.00 renewal fee for the certificate.
You can also provide us your third party SSL Certificate. If you have any questions or would like us to generate a CSR for you please contact our Sales team.
